Brittany had listed a home and I brought the buyer. Brittany was beyond knowledgeable about the area and the home. She was responsive and answers all my phone calls and text very promptly (which is important for this industry). She had great communication skills, was very personable, and worked diligently to have both sides come to terms on things in the contract.
